6 big-sized arrow heads, peeled & sliced
2 stalks Celery, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Olive oil
Sugar & Salt to taste
Methods:
1. Washed, peeled & sliced arrow heads. Set aside.
2. Washed & sliced celery. Set aside.
3. Heat up olive oil in a wok.
4. Saute garlic till fragrant.
5. Add in arrowhead & celery. Stir fry till fragrant & soft.
6. Add in sugar & salt to taste.
7. Sprinkle some water. Stir fry for a minute.
8. Dish up & serve.
