An all around great condiment that can be used as a dip for
chips or tortillas, added to more diced tomatoes to create a salsa, mixed in
with scrambled eggs, tossed on top of a piece of grilled meat or fish, etc.
Ingredients
equal parts diced:
white onion cilantro (stems can be used too)
tomato (remove seeds first for a less soupy pico)
salt and lime juice to taste
diced, seeded jalepeno (for some heat, optional)
Mix! Adjust
seasonings to your personal preferences.
