red onion, finely diced (about 1/2 small onion)
- 2 tablespoons canned chipotle chiles in adobo, minced (these are spicy so quantity depends on how hot and spicy you like your salsa)
- 1/4 cup
fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup
fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4
teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
