Infused water is a great way to use CSA
herbs and vegetables and have something refreshing and delicious to drink on
hand in the summer. Cucumber and mint are gray together but use whatever
veggies, herbs and fruit you have and like! Water and produce can steep in the
fridge for about a day or two before you should throw the produce out and start
over.
1/2 Cucumber sliced
15-20 Mint leaves
Pitcher of water
Combine and let sit in fridge. Serve alone or on ice. Pour
into an ice try and freeze for fancy ice cubes for summer cocktails.
