RECIPE: Dill Potato Salad

Difficultly level: Easy


1.5 lbs potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
1 red onion
1 TBS dijon mustard
1-2 TBS white wine vinegar
Bunch of fresh dill
Salt and pepper


1. Dice potatoes into equal, bite sized pieces

2. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook until tender

3. Drain, and allow potatoes to cool

4. Dice the red onion and chop dill

5. Mix remaining ingredients in with cooled potatoes
