1 bunch scapes, washed and tough woody ends trimmed
2 Tbs olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Get the grill, grill pan, or broiler nice and hot. Toss the scapes with olive oil, sprinkle with
salt and pepper, and grill until they are softened and a bit charred in places
- this should only take a few minutes, depending on the strength of your heat
source.
Hit with a spritz of lemon juice and serve as a side. Pairs well with grilled meats.
